Monorail MR - MR_W Carriages

General Information

MR linear carriages operate using roller bearings, which significantly increases the contact area between the rolling elements and the guide raceways. This results in substantially higher static and dynamic load capacities compared to similarly sized ball-type carriages.

Each carriage features four rows of roller bearings operating in a closed circuit. The carriages include an internal lubrication system and are equipped with debris wipers that  protect the rolling elements from external contamination.
