Acessories for Monorail (BM) Linear Guides

Plugs for Linear Guides
BRK (Plastic Plugs)
Plastic plugs are a cost-effective method of closing off the mounting holes of Monorail BM guides. They can be installed manually without the need for complex tools. The use of plastic plugs is recommended for protected axes and in environments with a low level of contamination.
Number of plugs per set: pack of 25 pcs.

Cover Strip
BAC (Cover Strip)
BAC cover strip combines technical functionality with ease of use, and neat appearance. Made of stainless spring steel, it is ideally suited for applications exposed to increased contamination or external temperature influences.

EST (End Pieces for BAC Cover Strip)
EST plastic end pieces are used to close the ends of the BAC cover strips. For this purpose, the end pieces are inserted at both ends of the rail into the gap beneath the cover strip. Their special design prevents the cover strip ends from lifting and reduces the risk of injury from the sharp edges of the BAC cover strip.

BSC (Securing Band for BAC Cover Strip)
BSC securing band for the cover strip is designed to secure the ends under high mechanical loads. To install, the protruding ends of the band are cut at a right angle (without burrs), and the mounting thread is fixed to the front face of the rail. Securing bands are used, among others, in applications with high vibration levels, with rails shorter than 600 mm, or in vertical installations where there is a risk that EST end pieces fall off.
